Welcome to the $1M Blueprint Workbook. The goal of this document is to create an actionable plan for 2024 to generate you $1M.

It is based upon Alex Hormozi’s $1M Blueprint video, supplemented by my learnings over the past 10 years and some key theories from top researchers on habits and psychology.

This is section 1 of 4. New sections will be released with each video on my channel.

In this section we’re going to brainstorm ideas for markets where we think there is opportunity. We will then test each market to make sure that we can service this market effectively.

By the end of this section you will have a defined target market and a user avatar (even if you don’t know what that is yet).

The Manipulation Matrix

The Manipulation Matrix helps you to identify your role as the business owner and offer/product creator. You can identify your role by asking 3 questions:

  1. Are you in the target market?
  2. If yes, would you use a product/offer that solved the pain point?
  3. Does solving the pain point improve the user’s life?
