Welcome to the $1M Blueprint Workbook. This section is on creating a lead generation strategy, so that you never have to worry about getting new clients or customers again.

By the end of this section you will have come up with your lead magnets, decided which platform to focus on initially and come up with your first posts.

This workbook is designed to help you with the practical steps for getting started.

Build Your Lead Magnets

The first step is to build your lead magnets. As a reminder, a Lead Magnet should solve a narrower version of the core problem that your business’ product solves.

The idea is that leads will find your lead magnet, solve a smaller problem and then need your business’ main product to solve the rest of the problems they’re facing.

To get started, first list the 6 main challenges that your product solves. If you’ve completed the Offer section of this workbook, you can copy these from the Challenges section there.

Then, pick a smaller point, or sub-challenge for each. This should be something that can be solved simply with one solution and no manual support. These can be copied from the sub-challenges section of the Offer section of the workbook if you’ve previously completed that.
